So i called the local dealership tonight asking if they could order it for me. All they could tell me was that i need to know which year came stock with that pad since apparently it is part of the stock setup for the RTX and all it shows them on their screen is a black and white image that there is a pad there ( not specific stitching). Mine was removed when i bought the sled used, so i am not sure if the RTX logo Pad came stock on the 2006 model.
Can anyone confirm that their year of apex came stock with the Apex RTX logo handlebar pad?
Thanks guys

Thanks Copo427SS, if you could let me know that would be great. You have the small square pad right?
Also on a side note i see you are running 22/38 gearing. I have 23/38 but am thinking of droping down to 22. Would you recommend it? also did you have to do clutch work to fine tune the 22 gear once installed?

theres not alot of open places or lakes around here so gearing down was a good setup for me. i never did mess with my clutching set up once installed. because i added the suspension, gearing and 1.5" track it all kinda evened out. clutches come in and stay right where they should. sorry i was only in the shop a breif moment earlier and totally forgot to look. but i definatley will look tomorrow and report back.

I had switched from a 23 to a 22 and had the primary machined for "over drive" as well as adjusted clutching. I didn't keep as much top end as I had hoped with the over drive set up. The low end power I felt was slightly better, but not night and day different. This may be more due to the fact that I was running an IceRipper XT track, not true studs. Also my gas mileage seemed to suffer. Long story short, I'm switching back to the 23 gear. But like the other guy said, it depends on where you ride. I do a lot of U.P. riding, on trails and lakes. Not enough twisty stuff to make the 22 gear shine!

Yes 06 definatly says apex rtx on it. Rtx is in red. Apex in a silverish. I'm pretty sure 07 did as well but in yellow.
