Are these plugs too rich?

Just replaced the plugs in a new to us 2009 Nytro and I thought these plugs look a bit on the rich side. Anything I should check or watch out for? Sled has 9k on it.

Yes, they do look rich, but that can change depending on how the machine was most recently run.

if it was run in warmer temps, it will look ritch like that. fuel maps are ment for -5 c and colder.
