Attack flooding out

Need some help. I have an 06 Attack that is stone stock. I always start it with out touching the throttle. Then I let it warm up for at least two minutes after the red light goes out before I even think about moving it. I never start it with out letting it fully warm up before shutting it down.
Most times once it starts it runs rough for a minute or so before it smooths out and runs fine. Other times it continues to run rough and then stalls. I know then the plugs are fouled and it won't restart until I change them. Then it starts again. This happens every ten or so starts when it's real cold. I don't get any codes when it happens. The code history shows a stuck throttle senor, ( But the sled runs fine once it's warm) . The only other code in history is a air temp sensor problem. I want to clear the codes to see if they are current or from long ago, but I can't remember how. Any body with an Idea?? I also need to know exactly which connector disconnects the fuel pump relay. The one I thought it was was the triangular one above the clutch cover, but when I disconnected that one the fuel pump still runs. Thanks

The fuel relay is above your left foot well. I think it's the outer one. Just put your finger on it and turn the key on, you'll feel it click when the pump kicks on and off. That air sensor code might happen if your garage is cold, and you turn on a heater to get the garage warm, then start your sled. The air in the garage is warm but its still cold inside the airbox, this will load the plugs up.

you can hold your throttle wide open while cranking. this will shut your injectors off.

I Cleared the codes and now I don't get any new ones, so I think they were old. I put a set of vacuum gauges on the throttle bodies and cyl #1 was reading about 3 pounds higher than the other three. I adjusted the air by pass screw to set it even with all the othersd so the "carbs" should all be syncronized now. I will see if that helps when the sled cools down and I can start it out stone cold again.

When he said the "carbs" are synched, he meant the throttle bodies.
