Attak won't start

Attak won't start....had it running this morning..shut her off, and went in for an hour....now wont start....cant hear fuel pump.......starter relay?? It is cold 2 below right now...if it is relay where is it located..and what do I do?

ER 1

07 Apex GT - Had the ER 1 code and it turned out to be just the battery. Was only putting about 10.5 volts after all nite on the charger. Clicking relays also by the left foot. Of couse I thought the worst like a mouse in the wiring harness after downloading the service manual and reading everthing but a low battery can cause ER 1. Good luck
