Working on a kit that replaces the wobble bearing with the 17+ fixed bearing and retains the stock 14-15 case and jackshaft. This will be easier on the wallet for those looking to get rid of the wobble bearing.

Just put this kit in and happy to help anyone that may have questions. Fairly easy install and everything was perfect from Travis like always. :)

Working on two 2015 Vipers both with over 20,000 miles and original wobble bearings. I replaced mine years ago with a FAG bearing although the OEM wasn't bad and I haven't had any issues with over 9,000 miles. From what I've seen over the years I don't think the bearing is much of an issue with NA engines and proper maintenance. Both of these Vipers with high milage have all the original parts in chain case and no failures until now. The upper gear bushing is extremely worn which caused the gear to wobble on the jackshaft. The bushing is an easy cheap fix (McMaster Carr #60695K7) but now with all the movement the jackshaft and reverse gear splines are worn to the point it won't shift and both will need replaced. The delete kit may be a good option for some but proper yearly maintenance goes a long ways. You need to open these cases up and inspect all the components when changing the lube.
