I would like to share my setup , 3000miles of trail riding to long radar runs not one belt issue , I usually put a new belt on every 1200-1500 miles . my gearing 21/37 my sled is 129 , with a 1 inch track , all dalton clutching front and back , my offset is 60.2 mm , 263 centre to centre , running max 17 and powertrail . this has been my setup for the whole 3000miles with no belt issues ,

sure , black green spring , dtya 1 weights 78grams , 911 primary clutch cover , black /orange at 70degrees ,straight 35 . all product from dalton except 911 cover
