I started my tear down of the second Nytro I picked up last winter. I was taking the subframe out to have the grizz gussets welded in so I wouldn't bend it and to paint it because there was some rust on it. When I crawled underneath I found a spot when the frame had been hit. I never crawled under when I bought it because I just checked to make sure both front shocks were centered on the a arm, which they were as far as my eyes could tell.
When I put the frame down on a level concrete floor it does rock left to right just over 1/4" measured at the back arm of the subframe. This is definitely a long term ownership sled so do you think I should run it?

Sounds like personal decision? The perception of a sled handling well is such a personal decision. I am sure you could run it the way it is and it would likely be fine with little to no negligible effect with handling. However since you said this Nytro is a long term deal, if it was me, I would replace the subframe. I also like my toys in the best shape they can be and it would bug me that it is not perfect, haha. Good luck with whatever you decide. G.B.

Take a good look at the a arm mounting holes in your subframe. Mine were egged out a little bit so I welded the correct size washer on the front of them and welded the nuts on the back side.
The bolts may not ever loosen up but they do move around in the frame with hard riding.
Every little bit helps with keeping the geometry correct.

Yup, check those mounting holes! The welded nut on the bottom rear arm mounting point is a must have if the subframe is already out. I would install the gusset kit and run it.Take a good look at the a arm mounting holes in your subframe. I have a gusset kit that I was going to put on the old frame. I haven't heard about the a arm holes egging out. My '09 xtx has 10k miles so maybe I should check that one to. So it's not both nuts on the lower a arm, just the back one?
