Greetings
Would like some opinions on what is a better tire on a 4 place enclosed trailer. Bias ply or radials.
Looking mainly for longevity and durability. Had a blowout on a radial last weekend that was only a couple years old. Pressures were checked before the trip, etc.
Thanks in advance!

Definitely get radials... but... do not buy cheap Chinese ones like the ones that normally come on the trailers these days. If you want good radial trailer tires, get Goodyear, Carlisle, or Power King is another, cheaper option. I have been running Power King on 2 of my trailers for a number of years with good results. I have worked for a tire company since 1989 and, although I haven't been doing the actual tire work for over 10 years, I had seen my share and still have a lot of tire-related knowledge.
