When running 300hp tune my rear suspension squats so much from transfer it will bottom out in small bumps with power on. Looking to reduce transfer.

Transfer blocks are set on 2.
Center spring 160/260 set at one turn preload,
Rear springs on soft and compression set in 1.

Never had too much transfer until I was able to get the power to the track with zero issues.

Hopefully I can reduce transfer and not give up on ride quality.

I am going to put transfer blocks on the least transfer setting.
Feels like the power and traction is squatting the rear way down.

How are you guys set up?

Did you put the Stingray Mods spring in there? If so ease up on tension just a tweak at a time. It wouldn't hurt to get that front end down just a tad too.

I removed his spring and now running the 160/260 cat spring set at one turn of preload.
Also loosened front end springs about a 1/4" couple weeks ago.

That Cat spring was a huge improvement.

Yes a huge improvement. I have mine set with 3 turns preload. It actually transfers some now and steering is a little easier but it still handles great. Also much less bottoming. Great for this 250 pounder.

With the 300hp superspool header tune the rear of the sled squats down big time under acceleration. Doesn't do it so much on the the 240 tune.
I like the 160/260 cat spring for the rough.
My issue is when I get the spine jarring bottom Out under acceleration over a small bump due to the suspension compressed from squatting down.

Try adjusting the torsion springs yet?
By loosening the front springs you've allowed the front end to come up.
Where are the straps?

Isn't there an aftermarket transfer block to set for less transfer? Rox?

Straps are in third hole.
Going to set transfer blocks to minimum first then I'll stiffen springs.

Ever have your shocks rebuilt? Maybe a revalve is in order.

You could be right about a revalve.
Hopefully people running the 300hp tunes will share their set up for trail riding.

Mine is the same way this year on the 270 tune, but I have the 270 now running harder than 300 ever did and pulling more clutch than I've ever pulled before.

I think I need my shock oil changed and re-charged. Cannondale you out there? I'm bottoming a whole bunch more than ever before. I bet I've lost some charge in the shocks.

I agree mine pulls super hard this year since I upgraded from the race tunes to the super spool header, 02 module tunes.
I'd say the 240ss tune runs stronger than the 270r tune did.

Cannondale refreshed and revalved my rear shocks in the fall. Very reasonable and professional. My sled rides like a dream and rarely bottoms any more.

Trails were rough yesterday. Everything from chop to big g outs.
Sled just absolutely rode awesome after some adjustments.
Front qs3 shocks set on 2 for compression, springs loosened 1/4" from original setting.
Center spring cat 160/260 turned five turns from loose. Limiter strap in third hole.
Rear torsion springs set on medium.
Rear qs3 shock set on 2.
Sled just soak up everything and not bottom out,
Even hitting the g outs at speed was great.
