Great Spot to hang your hat they had a good chick sand special last week across the street at Latchstring, well big warm uo today trails got rough late afternoon , lots of people in town for the long weekend.
Still plenty of snow to ride.

It's been snowing pretty good in Lead today. Your right about the trails getting a little rough coming back in last night (little is an understatement). lol Next weekend should be much better with less traffic. I will be out and about as well.

I see your Nytro needs Hyfax whats that from jammer , will be heading out of town to work maybe you could take over this post and keep it alive , there has been a lot of hits actually the most popular on this trail blog , got some pow today still standing tall enjoy,,,.

Ya know SD Fish & Game has a cool sled cond page , it actually posts real time conditions , not the brightest on a computer to post a link , maybe jammer could set that up , it is a new deal we heard from a groomer operator.

Yep I already burned through a set of hy-fax on the XTX. I guess going out every weekend will do that. Maybe next set I will try the DuPont ones.
I'll have to keep my eyes open for that Viper! I have to work this weekend, but hopefully will be out the weekend after if the conditions hold up.
Anyhow I did about 250 miles this past weekend and the conditions were excellent. A little rough coming back in on Trail 5, but the heart of the system has excellent conditions right now.
