I know this has been asked a whole bunch but there is one question I cant seem to find out. My sled has the rear tunnel cooler. Do I open the bleed screw FIRST then fill it up or do I FILL FIRST and start it and then open the bleed screw? Also do I really need to open the other bleed screw by the radiator? I have read that nytros are good at purging air out by themselves. I'm heading up north this weekend and just want to get it right the first time. I'm pretty mechanical but have never changed coolant.

Go to any automotive store and get yourself a coolant vacuum tool, a very cheap and proper way to get rid of air from the system. They'll know what you're talking about. The tool installs and seals where your rad cap fits your rad, suck the system into a vacuum getting rid of any air, open a shut-off valve and the vacuum sucks the coolant back into the entire cooling system.

I like that idea but I already have a little more then a gallon of coolant into my sled. Does anyone know how much coolant a nytro with the tunnel cooler takes? I found what I think is without the tunnel cooler (3.59 qts). So I know I must be getting close if I have a little more then a gallon in the sled.
