Just installed boondocker gt28 turbo kit on my apex. Running at elevations of 9000 to 11500 ft and cannot--cannot get it to run.
Off idle is rough, mid range pulls like a son of a gun and 9000 rpm and beyond gets so lean the motor just about shuts off.
On top of that my boost sticks at 12 and spikes sometimes to 15, even though I have it turned all the way down. (what the heck).
I have turned the fuel up and down but nothing changes. I have the fuel on the highest setting (127)for the high rpm and moderate to high boost. Nothing but lean, lean AND lean on my A/F gauge.

Any thoughts

Check and make sure the wiring is right from the auxilary fuel pump to the stock wiring harness. I worked on one the last few weeks and had the same symptoms as you. Anything over 8k rpms it would go lean because it wasnt geting enough fuel and that was the problem.

From boondocker, the wiring was backwards and didnt line up to the stock harness, switch it and worked great, but then i had to deal with tht eboon box, what a joke.

I had the same problem last year, they had my msd pump wired backwords, so it sounded like it was working but it was actually fighting against the stock pump and the sad thing was that boondocker did my install. After I switched the wires it worked great, but make sure you adjust your fuel pressure regulator, since when you adjusted it with the pump running the wrong way, it will now be extremely rich.
