Bender stage 2 kit here w/stock motor (single headgasket). Just curious how much boost you guys have run on AVGAS without any problems. I'm asking because i've all but forgotten what I ran last year-but I am pretty sure it was right around 11-11.5 psi and had no problems. Held it to the bar for quite a few long pulls and the compression is still perfect...
Also has anyone noted any advantages on cranking the timing back on a similar setup sled? I've got no idea what the stock timing curve is like on one of these sleds, but I can only assume total timing is somewhere around 30-35 degrees @WOT. Most boosted applications I have played with have been anywhere from 17-25 degrees of timing at WOT and full boost..

I cranked my timing back on 11 psi on my boondocker setup, and i can tell you it was not a very good idea... I re-setted my timing back to stock and will go back on dyno this weekend.
