Built apex motor issue

Hey guys I just recently put my apex motor together after building with carillo Ross and pistons and all new main and rod bearings and oil pump problem is when I put the cams in and time the motor when I turn it over by hand there is a popping noise like a valve sticking then coming loose or a valve bģucket popping back up anyone know what the issue may be

Sounds like one of your valve keepers popped loose
