Bulid your own pipe

I set outlast night to build my own pipe and no I dont have any dyno numbers.
Seat of the pants feeling tells me, it is awesome!
Best sounding PIPE>
Stainless steel look is also cool~
And like I said the sound is mindboggling.
Going to get some attention out on the trail, giggle factor 5
So much for there $500 pipes.
Also made a radiator guard, thank goodness for Pep Boys and Home Depot.I really have to stop watching Pimp My Ride. Will get pictures as soon as good light arrives.

What kind off muffler did u use and how did it bolt up what type of mods did u have to do.

first off this pipe is really loud but i put in a baffle and quieted it down iused a 3a racing tuner car muffler stainless or use atv pipe cut your pipe just b4 muffler bend 2 pieces ofpipe into u cut in half to desired bend reweld youre making an offsetto exit the middle of sled i used amuffler shop to fab it up can go back to stock in 5minutes iused 1/4 round bar 2 hold pipe at the factory location so if it didnt work sled is not altererd sounds like motorcycle on takeoff asupertrapp would be nice to use no need to dissasememble sled cut pipe take it out start fitting 1hour and you should be done my buddy gonna sell them for 300 poker run this weekend should get lots oattention hopefully not the kind i have to run from oh yeah ilive inthe mexico that got 10 feet 0f snow in10 days
