I just purchased a set of C&A Advantage skis for my 07 Attak. Have any of you guys mounted a set of C&A's on an Apex or an Attak? The ski seems to be too narrow for the spindle to slide down into. The ski is about a quarter of an inch too narrow. Also, the rubber mounting shim is too wide and is too short from top to bottom on the front when it is level with the floor. The kit is listed as being the one for the Yamaha wishbone suspension. Do you use the inner spool pieces on these skis? Please help.

they fit fine.its a tight fit but always go on.sounds like you have wrong mount kit.the apex's still use regular yamaha mount not the wishbone style ( new phazer, nytro).the bushing must be flush on the inside of ski saddle.

I have a set of c&a outlaws and the yamaha mounting kit for
these did not fit. I had to cut them in width on a chop saw
and cut a little out of the bottom of the rubber block where
the saper bar spinle hit on. Hope this helps.

I have mine on my Apex and they fit fine. Also have the same set on my 700SX. Great skiis. If it's that far off I'd say you have the wrong mounts.
