Can you put too much Yamalube oil in a 2000 Phazer 500?

I believe I misread the oil tank, and the line in the middle of the tank - which I think says "full" I thought was the "minimum" line, and the level was right at it. So I added like another quart, and now the line is 2 inches above that "full" line. IS this a problem, should I turkey baster it out? I didn't think so at first, cause it's gravity fed into the engine, but now I'm worried.

Never had issues filling the tank to the top on my old 97sx or 02 Viper

it will be fine. i fill all the 2 stroke sleds to the bottom of the filler neck all the time.
