can't change my email address

When I attempt to change my email address I get the message "Sorry, but this e-mail address has been banned." This is a new email address that I just signed up for today.

if its a gmail or hotmail you will have to send it to me by PM and I will change it manually... we have been getting a lot of spammers with those emails.
