How loose can you run the center shock spring on an 09 std Nytro. If you can move the spring and it rattles is it too loose?

yes, if your spring is rattling around, your looking for common sense to come into play here, it could shift while unloaded and compress and twist under load, thus causing damage to your shocks shaft, inturn, ruining you shock and perhaps breaking your spring.

That is what I thought, but I have read here to run it with only a few threads showing. if I did that the spring is way loose.
