After reinstalling my chaincase, I've noticed a small dripping leak from the bottom of the assembly near the gasket. I removed the chaincase cover again and inspected the gasket and it looks fine.. I reinstalled the cover and I still have the leak. All of the bolts are tight .... Any advice?????

If its warped or cracked I have a complete case and gearset off a 2003 RX1. ( I put reverse on a low mile RX1)

I'm not sure it could be warped.. It wasn't leaking prior to removing it when I replaced the track on the sled

Is there something stuck between the covers, is everything clean ? Does the cover seem to fit nice and tight to the chaincase ? Just a couple of simple that come to mind if it wasn't leaking before. Good luck figuring it out.

Everything seemed snug and well fit.. Planning on taking it apart and scrubbing it clean.. Hope that does the trick!
Sounds like you buggered up the inner oil seal where the drive shaft goes through if you have not figured it out yet

Does it drip all the time while sitting or look okay until you spin the track and then leaks? I pinched the gasket once when I installed it and the pinch was just above the fill line. Only leaked while the chain was spinning and throwing oil at that spot. Can you say for sure it is coming from the gasket side? Any cracks from over-torqueing?
