Chaincase Question and Misc. Piece Found

After putting on my new track I've started putting the chaincase back together but ran into a problem with the whole reverse deal. Is this on right?

And after taking my skid plate off, I found this piece. Any ideas where it came from?

The reverse looks and sounds right to me.

That piece looks like a bushing.

I reconnected everything and fired it up. The sled is in gear, but I cant get the reverse link to reach the shifter handle. Any ideas?

Pull off your chain case cover again. You have the reverse fork misaligned. You need to drop it on the top of the gear groove as you push the cover back on.
