Put in three quarts and ran until the coolant went out waited 30 seconds and check the oil nothing on the stick so i added a half of quart ran again just barely on the stick to I put the rest of the oil in and ran now almost up to the full line,,,
Does this seem right 4 quarts on a 2016 ltx dx?

My 15 ltx dx had the first gen sight glass which was under 4 after all said and done.
Your 16 with the updated tank and stick took more.If you ran it a couple of times let it settle and showing properly on stick your good.

I'm sure this question has been asked, however I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for.
Can't seem to find Yamalube 0-30 semi synthetic locally, but can find Moble1 0-30 'fully' synthetic. Going from semi to fully synthetic on my '16 Viper OK?? These 4 stroke engines are pretty durable, so I wouldn't think there's any risk, but thought I'd check general consensus anyway. TIA
