I sold my 03 Rx-1 over the summer. Just picked up a 2005 Warrior.

I know there were quite a few changes to the 05's. Does anyone have a link? or remember?

This is what I remember:

- Seat is higher
- Titainium Parts (exhuast, chaincase cover, ????)
- New rings to prevent oil usage

most of them are posted in here but a couple i remeber are, 11mm swaybar, straight rate front springs and the hand warmers retain their last setting.

Unfortunately, also titanium exhaust Y-pipes. Front suspension geometry is better. A few metal changes to drop the weight of the motor.

Is the suspension the same as the 04's? Can you rebuild the shocks?

Yes & not sure for the shock...front suspension is the same as your '03 except for SWAY bar and links, piston rings are revised, seat is comfier of a couple of inches thicker than the '03 and somewhat better than the '04, saddleless skis (all plastic) if I'm not mistaking the brake rotor & caliper are revised, it should have a rip saw track and wider running boards than '03 & '04, primary clutch has revised rollers and ramps same as current models...

Here you go I've got all the model year brochures, I scaned you the '05 Warrior
