Anyone shed some light on how to change the bearing behind the secondary clutch on a 2013 Nytro XTX 1.75?

Pretty easy, pull secondary, take out the 2 bolts and pull it off. Pull e-clip to press it out of the housing thats bolted in.

I have all of that done except the bearing won't let go from the shaft

It might be stuck. I dont think that has a locking collar on the Nytros.
