How do you go about changing the bushings at bottom of spindles, where the skis bolt on? Sled is 08 rtx if it matters

Great thank you exactly what I was looking for. I got my bushings from ulmer, in you're opinion, are ulmer a equal to or better than stock?

I haven't tried the Ulmer oilite spindle bushings but they have to be better than the OEM version. I have a loose UP bushman bushing that I believe was damaged when the front off of my sled was tore off crossing over a steel rail under the snow. I had to replace the spindles and reused the bushman bushings but one side is now loose so I may order a set of the Ulmer replacements

That looks good for getting the bushings out, but how do the collars come out to get to them? Mine wiggle but won't come apart.

If the spacers are corroded to the collar I'd use a cutoff wheel to remove them. The Bushman kit comes with all new parts but even if you plan on replacing just the bushings the collars should also be replaced for a proper fit.
