Hits about 8600 rpm and then pulls down to about 7400 and slowly back up to around 8k. What's up? Never saw a Yamaha clutch do that. Sad day when the Cat clutches from the factory work better than the Yamaha clutch....lol. Actually since our last ride I drilled out toe and heel rivet to get 54 grams and the rpm went up another 600 or so to where it is now because it was much worse. My best guess is it is in the secondary though as it seems to upshift to fast and then comes back down. I tightened the secondary spring but it still did not solve this issue. Anybody else solve this issue?

That's crazy ,no problems here puts like a freight train, my brother has the ulmer stage 1 on his sled it works awesome. Look over every part to see if things are not binding.

Secondary needs more pressure if your spinning and over shifting it.

Already tightened the secondary, no change. I have seen in more than a couple posts others have seen this too. Wasn't as annoying with the stock track but was still there. Also note this is high altitude.
I have worked with Yamaha clutches for decades just do not want to lose a couple weekends messing with it and hoped others had found a fix.

Matt from MPI posted the fix for this in another thread http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php?t=126231
