clutch rattle

I have an 06 apex and the primary clutch rattles at idle ,any ideas

Roller bushings shot.

Weight shims broke/missing.

Whats your idle speed? Try turning it up a tad.

X2....... probably the reduction gear, very common sound on RX1..... turn up the idle a bit and it should go away.

just over 7000,no performance issues

How many miles are you getting from a belt?

4000 on the 1st one,im on the second. like i said no issues just a little noise.i do alot of solo riding so i just like to keep up on things

very common yamaha clutches last a long time but i would check rollers and such at that millage to be safe.
