Dalton QAY 70 weights, you'll have to fine tune the weight till you achieve 8900-9000 rpm.
Dalton primary spring, choose which one suits you as far as what engagement RPM you are looking for.
Stock helix
Dalton blk/org secondary spring, gen1 at 70 degrees , gen2 at 80 degrees.
This will put you in the ballpark.
