Clutching or Regearing

Im looking to get some more bottom and midrange pull from my '10 Nytro XTX. Do you think I would be better off just dropping the top gear one tooth, or installing a clutch kit? I was thinking about a Drag N Fly kit if I go with clutching. I dont care if I lose top end speed, I just want more pull.

Well i have a rtx se and i did both , 20/40 gears and clutch kit and still getting 98 mph on hard packed
