Any body use a cobra track on xtx apex ? Wondering if it has less side bite of a ripsaw. That is the only thing I don't like about my setup. All groomed trail riding.

Look for a predator track, 1602-191 is the cat part number. Will be way more durable than the cobra, unless you want the taller lug for off trail.

I ride with a guy that has the new cat with cobra but he doesn't have enough miles on yet to see if it holds up.cwcsrx700 said:Look for a predator track, 1602-191 is the cat part number. Will be way more durable than the cobra, unless you want the taller lug for off trail.

1.5 Crossover. I've put over 10,000 miles on mine on 2 different Apex's. Durable, great bite in all directions. Several members here have run Cobras and they just aren't as durable as the Crossover. I HATED my Predator. Very poor side bite. I got pitched off several times , the last, breaking my collarbone and having to ride almost 6 miles to a gas station. I've never had any unexpected incidents since removing it and installing the Crossover.
