Ok, so I'll run the red(12v ignition switch) wire to that blue white, but now I have a yellow wire that says to hook to battery plus? I was under the impression that I could use a red/white instead of direct to the battery to save from the possibility of a battery drain. Thanks again for everyone's help, I'm not real great with electricalSrxspec said:The blue/white wire from the fuse block located by the chaincase is your most secure bet. DO NOT pull power from the relay harness by the oil tank!

Or could I hook Both my 12v accessory wire and power wire from my gauge to the blue white? This would only allow it to come on when the engine is running right? I guess cause I'm not sure where to splice into red/white
