cracked apex attak rails?

anyone else have cracked attak rails? will warranty cover this?
cracked inbetween the front and rear idlers on mag side and cracked 1 of the rail supports on the pto side?

Oh, and the mono sucks, made some extra gussets to keep it from happening again.

Do you have pics of the gussets? What did you use? I need to address this as well. Muffinworks has some pretty cool rail supports has anyone tried these?
