Last week on the first day into our 7 day ride in the Gaspé area I noticed that my rail had broken for the 3rd time since putting on the oversized wheels, I did 2200 km without the front wheel and as you can see the slider barely had any wear.
I just replaced the rail and put the stock sized wheels back on, I’m done with the oversized wheels as I only ride on trails and figured if I can go 2200 km with out a wheel than I should be fine with the stock wheels.

Yeah you really should switch to a ski doo two bolt mount if you want to run 135mm wheel.

You could do that too, but with your brace you'll still have all the weight on just the top half of the rail. The two bolt mount transfers the weight through the entire rail.or make a bracket like I made
Your brace will probably be fine, just keep an eye on it.
