CrazySledder's "Re-done" Supercharged Attak.

to bad you can't condense this whole post for the tech section contest. it would be a shoe in winner. Looking good man, can't wait until the Jan ride tosee that thing go. Maxdlx

Thanks, guys.

I have a few other things yet to install. I will have better detailed installation posts. Quit a bit more to do yet. Maybe I can post them in separate threads for the tech section, if they aren't already there, that is.

What tech segments are yet to come you ask? Here's a small list:

-Expert X Swing Arm support install

-My version of the Supercharger install with extras
Sub section of guages

-Complete L.E.D system install

-Ulmer Racing Complete front end bushing install

-After Market 7 circuit Fuse block installation

-TOP SECRET front end shocks install

That's enough for now...lol

don't forget landing lights for space shutlle!!!!
"Houston we have confirmation!" cchhhh...." approaching runway now" cchhhh....... "atlantis, you are not clear for landing, we do not have a visual on you". cchhhhh..... " hopuston we can see your light perfect from up here" cchhhh ..... " have we changed the landing location to wisconsin, houston?" cchhhhh...... lol...

Ya know, there MARK. I've been wondering why my lights keep getting referred to a landing strip. I just figured it out. If i turn my head and look at the lights, it DOES look like a landing strip. lol Maybe I'll save lives then. lol

Can't wait to hear ya when I get the rest of my lights installed. You should have a field day. lol

Some progress. Finally. lol

I have taken apart my Expert X right down to every washer. Cleaned it up pretty good. I didn't really polish it, just cleaned it. I don't have the time for stuff. lol

What all I've done yesterday:

- Took apart and cleaned the Expert X
- Installed Expert X swing arm re-enforcement
- Put the skid back together
- Installed the 02 sensor
- Installed older Yamaha leather mountain grab bar ( This is awesome )
- Got my 7 circuit weather proof aux fuse block. (w/Two 40amp relays)
This will get wired in with two breakers as well.

I also included another Tech Tip.

To be continued........

Great tip - the jam-nut trick. Glad you're having progress on your project.

1CrazySledder, your mod is somewhat extensive, summer project have become a fall and early winter project :) You have more work into your sled than assembling the whole sled from scratch.

Keep up the good work, your sled is a work of art.

LOL...Thanks.

Just think, I haven't even started my Supercharger install yet. :bling

I'm gonna get steaming ahead here now. Not much time left.

You keep up on yours also. Looking great.....

Thanks, when the ZX-2 and new Ski-Doo extroverts are installed, the rest is just a piece of cake. My goal is to have the turbo ready for mid december, in the meantime I ride my backup sled, the '05 RX-1 :).

Please post pics of your SC install.

I wish I had read about that nut trick about 3 days ago, I had to figure that one out on my own! Take one bolt out other one spins, put back and take out the second first one spins.... 20min later both bolts out and back in about 15 times before I had both out at the same time when I finally added the nut!
