Diagnostic code 9 - Fuel pump Voltage reads low

I don't know if I have an actual problem or not but when I go through the diags on my '08 Nytro, I noticed that the voltage shown in when on Code 9 shows 3 volts less than the battery voltage when measured at the battery.

Thoughts or suggestions?

sounds like you need to clean the ground blocks as corrosion will do that to your readings. could also be corrosion in some of the plugs too.
