Hey boys. Ordered Yamaha team Blue 2006 APEX MT. I have rode Polaris always. Never thought I would own a Yamaha. Now I can't wait for winter to come. I plan on putting a CPR turbo on it. This site Rocks Hard!!

good to see some people are coming over to the dark side of yamaha i think guys will the little weight differance for not having to work on your sled instead of riding them. i have owned a mmax & mviper & tvec now apex i have never been towed out but towed many freinds.now i just have to decide turbo or sc

True that dude. Im commin off of an M7 and Rev800.

After riding the Apex i was sold. Then i got to feel the power of a TRX from ken_climbs and bcboost's turbo and i ran to my Yami dealer with my piggy bank and snowchecked one. No wrecking, pistons and many trips to the dealer im looking forward too.

I could care less on the weight, if it rides and feels light thats all i care about. And with a turbo or SC with 240 + hp i really dont think the extra 80 lbs will play a factor.

I also went this way so im not replacing my sleds every year. Hehe.

darko, you decide if your going sc or turbo yet? from what i've researched on, i'm thinkin the turbo is the way to go, seems like you can run more boost on pump gas with turbo. i ran race fuel in my trx the last ride, and with 5 gallons running 35 bucks plus 5 gallons of premium, get to be pretty expensive hobby. dam, between porn sites and these sleds, a guy could go broke. keep in touch(not to get you even more excited) when you get it and let me know how she runs. only 4 more months left till you get it!! you got a spot next to you in bed for it. I would be kicking my wife out so that it would feel right at home.lol rj

i think thats where a lot of guys have gone wrong with the sc i talk to tjsports and they have run there sc all season with 1 head gasket and pump gas without any problems it is just mpi thats recomending 50/50 for your safty of the motor if you get a tank of bad gas and you hold the throttle to long it mite go bang but with the head gasket it shouldnt be an issue 10lbs boost from an sc or turbo are the same thing.iam under cover on here to. iamvector from snow west. iam starting to lean towards the sc right now.
