i have a set of hyperfax slides coming for my rx1 mountain and my track is not fully clipped. all the windows are open but its clipped every third. i plan on getting a fully clipped track in january. i just want to know if the hyperfax slides would run good on my curent track that isnt fully clipped. i plan on clipping the track but i cant find the tool for taking the clips off of my old track. please let me know if hyperfax slides will work on my track!

Thanks

I believe you do but I'm not sure. I know if it was fully punched you could use the SLP wear pads that would screw through the closed windows (I don't think they can go through the bars where clips go).

I have hyperfax and my track is not fully clipped. I don t believe it would be an issue. Unless for some odd reason it wears the track where it contacts the rubber. I know it wears my clips good!

The clips pass over the slides better than the rubber of the track. So more clips will run over your slides cooler and more efficiently.... just less wear and tear on track and slides. But all in all you can definitely ride with every third clipped.... I ran every third clipped with a 153 last winter no prob.

No problem hyperfax is more slippery =less wear and heat no mater what set up you run.
Yamaha graphite sliders work just as well and are a fraction of the hyperfax.
