Looking for a specific chassis part as someone through it out on my 2014 Sr viper while they installed a Excell exhaust. It's the upper bracket on the muffler assembly that bolts to the chassis. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Thank you

I did and am hoping he calls back. Moving forward, I would even buy these parts brand new if I had to. I know they are going to be cheap I just can't find the darn part number

Is it part 10 or 26 in the following parts diagram? https://www.yamahapartshouse.com/oemparts/a/yam/533073c2f870024560f04017/exhaust

I've been on the phone with multiple dealers trying to get the part which is below 8 and 12. So 8 is the rubber grommet that goes down I'm the bracket and the spring is the part that attatches to the bracket and to the muffler. That brakcet is what I am after, as well as ordering 8 and 12. But I need the bracket first

Very strange (and would be just my luck too) that the one part on the diagram that doesn't have a part number is the one that you need! I am sure that this isn't what you want to hear, but at least it looks like a pretty straightforward part that you could fabricate [if you had to] out of a piece of steel or aluminum that you could pick up at about any hardware store -- a few drill holes and bends with a vise (and maybe some paint if you used steel vs aluminum) and I think that you'd be good to go in short order...

I found it on the Cat Parts microfiche. Resonator Mounting Bracket #1712-851. It was on the Steering Support Assembly page. $23.82 Canadian.
