broke both bones at boot top skiing years ago, foot was maybe 220 backwards with ski still on, bone out the skin, but as silly as it sounds was nothing compared to the pain of bending my knee backwards skiing few years ago. unbelievable pain. made me crap myself and unable to talk for 20min or so. never did heel and still on occasion bends backwards. went skiing yesterday first time 2 years, cant ride here now anyway. was super carefull to go easy. awsome day
