ecm cut off date clarification

what is the cut off date for ecm update from 14 sr viper ecm to say 15 sr viper mine say 04/14 thanks Bruce

I think anyone that bought a sled or had their 14 in for service after January 2015 will have the 2015 flash.

I believe the only 2015 model sleds that didnt have the updated flash were the early build LTX SEs (Blue and orange)

DranttelSS - When someone would bring a viper in for service or even purchasing a used or new model...it would have been updated when the flash came out, correct? I had mine done cause I wanted the rev limiter raised. But then I wish I wouldn't have had them re-flash it. Did the customer have a choice to do it or not?

The new ones got updated before sold. If customers were having issues with the 2014's we would re-flash them. We've only flashed about half the vipers we've sold. It's not mandatory but it does help with the hot starts and random codes that some of the 2014's experienced.
