I wait my order for wiseco piston
how to remove primary balancer gear?... I try heat without sucess
how much nikasil for cylinder in casing?
 
Isnt this the motor which had a broke rod in your other Supercharger post?Why did you delete all the pics there?

As for balancer it is removed by pulling it straight out with counterweight off.Memory is fuzzy but I believe the counterweight nut is left hand.Gear must be pressed off ?I would stick with stock pistons.Wiseco would require more tolerance than stock depending on the Wiseco you get.Ring gap is also important if you are Supercharging.
