Well that's your oil pressure. No oil pressure equals very very bad. Need to get checked asap. I can't imagine the sled would let you run it with that code. Anybody else ?

They always run best right before they BLOW UP. I would have it checked out.

it could be a bad pressure switch sensor or like mine was unplugged when my code came up.

Hmm, to ride or not to ride.. I could call my dealer but then if something happens they will know there was a warning( I have the extended warranty).. Damn, this could be the best snow of the season. You never know in VT these days..

If your interested you could check the connection to the sensor. It is right behind the battery. Small Grey connection screwed into the block. Did you have any work done recently. I know the wire runs with some of the battery wires so if someone installed a battery recently they could of unplugged the oil pressure sensor. If you have no oil pressure the motor will not last too long. I remember reading how some of the guys look in the oil tank to see the oil flowing after a rebuild. Start the sled and look in the oil tank with a flashlite. If you see oil moving then your pump should be okay. Oil pressure code I would think the sled would shut down on you and not let you run it. Okay just checked the codes. Code 30 is drop or low oil pressure and the machine stops. Code 85 is just telling you the switch isn't working. Now you could still ride but keep in mind you will have no protection should something happen to the oil pump. Not to scare you because I would ride with it. If you have time to check have a look behind the battery. My guess is the wire just needs to be plugged in. Good luck.

Thanks! This is great information. I will definitely check it out. If I can't figure it out I will drop it off at the dealer. It is definitely just the sensor. I rode 170 miles today with no problems. Its strange, I had a service done but no work done. I had ridden about 80 miles since the service before the light went on. Thansk again.
