It is fantastic, I have about 500 miles on mine and get zero snow buildup on the running boards and the tunnel is much better as well !

No it does not cover the front hole, I have the side covers from Yamaha on the front.

It works way better then I thought.... I would say 99 % of the crap is no longer on the board and ice chunks are very minimal on the suspension,

I'd call Yamaha and see if they'll cover it.
since the 09's now are closed... whether or not they used a panel
or just changed the tunnel I suppose would be the difference
