I removed my stock Hex bolts when new, tapped the threads in the turbo, used that Canadian Tire Nickle Anti Seize. In 1800km I've had the exhaust off 4 times and each time I did quick chasing of the threads and use the anti seize and still have the stock bolts, all is good so far
(Note I have the TD SuperQuiet Muffler and the one really hard to get bolt they don't use so that makes it a bit easier)

I use the Torx that came with it and the T50 Torx ball bit from Yamaha and run them out and in every couple of weeks (or during each thaw) and Moto Master 2500F anti-seize each time. What type of bolts do you use? Stainless or steel?

Locking exhaust fasteners, uses wedge type lock washer, I’ll tighten with vibration, works great I found them at Tommcat performance.com , hex head bolts.
