Exhaust dilema

I am doing a total rebuild on my snowmobile. Am buying an entire chasse with CR tunnel mounted on bulkhead and all, so all I have to do is move over the motor and plastics. Not real interested in using the stock exhaust.

Is there a reasonable priced after market exhaust out there that goes under the tunnel or out the sides? Anywhere but the exit of where the stock exhausts.

Would like to use the back lugage compartment and deck for fuel/supplies. Heard a lot of headaches with under tunnel exhaust getting clogged when you are in the deep stuff, also performance falls on its head.a muffled shop in town is willing to work with me but price tag is like 1000.00.

Please help, don't know what to do on this exhaust on this build yet. Thanks.

I'm selling my side dump ultra Q from skinz. I have a gas can mounted about 3" inches from it. never got hot.

Is your Ultra Q still for sale? I saw another post where you were interested in swapping your WRP seat as well. I'm looking for seat / exhaust upgrades.
