Turning the "triangle thingies" to hard will slow you down. Set rear springs to soft, reduce front shocks to min preload (or PSI if floats) reduce center shock to minimum preload. Now pull up front and rear limiter straps all the way. Strapping down the front end will also help.
All of this will make the sled ride like crap on trail, but should add at least 5 mph on top end on the lake.

Dave nailed it. This will give you the best top end but don,t trail ride it like this.

So, for the local end of the year(or any) uphill drags, flat drags, and/or radar runs, do the above and let'er have it? How would radious rods in place of shocks/coilovers work for keeping the front end down, if allowed? I've seen many ATV guys do this, but no sleds. Just curious.

Up hill drags I would leave suspension travel alone . Set for good transfer but don't tie down .
