Just got sled back from 500 mile check. Same problem. Part ordered. They did not say anything about it being backordered.
Same problem here. Took some pics and sent them to my Service Manager. He's forwarding on to his TSM.
Foil is de-laminating from the fabric that adheres to the tank:
