For those than picked up an XTX

I guess that depends on whether your clam shell is truly 10 feet inside. The specs show the overall length at 119.8 inches which would give you less than 1/2 to spare. However it also depends on how the length in measured. If it's measured to the end of the flap, then you should have tons of room.

I wish I could tell you...I guess that's why you are asking to see if anyone has done it.

I should know the answer to that question by the end of this month as my dealer has my XTX on a truck now. I'm thinking I may need to go to an 11 footer.

Measured out at 117" and the ski tips curled up the front so you could only open the rear...

It will also depend on what type of clamshell. I have a triton 12ft with top cap and my nytro MTX 162 fits but i have to have the sled in the perfect location or it hits the windshield. Also since i have a snorkle air intake coming out the back i have to rachet down the suspension so the back doesn't hit.

I've got it down pretty good and it's no problem but i had to initally close the shell with me in there to figure out where the sleds should be.

mine fits but its tight with my Mission topper, when you lift the back to open top the snowflap catches on the inside lip of the topper,no big deal,i am wondering about the clearance with the mid height windshield cause there is only a few inches of from the stock shield to the topper,i can always take it off when i trailer the sleds cause i dont trailer them very often, more for storage for me

Mine fit in fine. I have a Triton, pulled it up till it just touched the lid. When the lid closes it moves away from the skis. Plenty of room, the only problem might be when opening the lid it might catch the flap.

A buddy of mine say's it will fit but just barely. He picked up his XTX and sent me this pic to show how tight it is.

No clearance for a taller windscreen.
