I have a 2003 rx1, Thanks to Lb and black john's posts I've made it ride, handle and pull harder. I also thank freddie for the ecp kit. I'm running a 1 1/4 ripsaw with 96 studs 280lb rider). On friday I decided to put the oso primary spring 14.5mm rollers and the silver sec. spring. I also have the 5/16 washers in the sec.I had the inner rivets out and it spun to 10,500 at wot.I put the stock inner rivet back. When pulling the rollers out I found it had 14 mm rollers in it?? Has anybody else tried the 14's?(I left in 14,s in) I was getting 116 dm on hard pack and 122 on the road This weekend with that set up I was getting 110 on the hard park.I have the sec at 80degrees. They say they pull better with the rivets in but I think it is faster on top with the inner out? Thanks for any input

rollers

the 03 were speced out with 15mm rollers as stk maybe one or two sliped throut with 14.5,s. and i found that my rx 1 was a lot faster at 10500 rpm than 10250 or 10300 at 10300 i could only pull 111 mph on the radar gun.

roller,s

these are the roller sizes 14.5 15 16 16.5. the way to id them posativly is to musure them with a calliper ore by the groves on the outer diamiter.

I just looked it up on here and the ones they give me are 15.6mm.

Black John: Will the 14.5mm rollers increase my wot rpm? I'm getting 10,000-102000 right now with the stock rivets in the weights? Thanks

rollers

you should get a small drop some times its not even noticable but it will increse the belt belt psi in the primary and increse up shift speed. in other words it should make the sled pull harder.
