I put 65 psi, thought i read that somewhere awhile back. any other experienced users of float 2? I ride pretty aggressively jumping boondocking etc

From stock they are set at 50# for a rider weight of 180-190#. From there you can fine tune them. I would start there.

I run 70 and although it's a little stiff but never bottoms. The revalving helps a lot too.

55-65 is the sweet spot! I ride very aggressive and absolutely love this shock package! I had the Fox Floats on my 07 RTX and did not care for them at all but the ones on the 2012 Apex SE, along with the redesign is an amazing package! I also have a set of Snowtrackers, not sure if that is part of the reason I love the front suspension or not?

I installed the Hygear piggyback resevoirs, I run 70 pounds on the ride height, and 170 pounds on the bottoming valve. Works well for me on fast trail riding, good handling. After that I will adjust the "bottoming" pressure based on snow conditions to improve handling(like the dual clicker GYTR'S). These Float 2's are a way better than than the original Floats.
